Add a feature to use custom Email templates for all Emails
Please add a feature to use custom Email templates for all Emails.
At the moment it is possible to use a custom Email template only for the review request Emails.
It is currently not possible to use a custom Email template for any other Email.
So the Coupon Email and other Emails looks a little bit boring. They are not coform with other Corporate Identity elements of our company.
Please add the feature to use custom Email templates for all Emails.

FranciscoBesides being able to customize the templates such as the rewards coupon email, I would like to raise another important point.

For multilingual stores that are using the multiple language email feature, it should be possible to the have custom templates option for rewards coupon emails to be able to select the template (and therefore the language).
Currently, for example, if you send a request review email in Spanish to a customer who checked out in Spanish, the reward coupon email will be sent in the default language English.
For us, it is an important limitation. -

MikeUp! This would be really great. It would be important to customize the Coupon E-mail. For example, then we could add some product recommendations like it is already possible when asking for a review. But better of course, we can give a coupon and directly show some new products which could boost sales.

I think this request has been under consideration forever. I think it is super important what we are asking here: custom templates + multilanguage selection (even though is already possible in some emails).
I think these features would be really game changers for a lot of merchants

And don't forget to include the "Update review" e-mail which today has to be manually edited every single time we have to e-mail the customer to update the review.
I do have quite some customers writing splendid reviews but only giving 1* (another feature request is already there - asking the customer to verify through a modal/pop-up if they only give 1*)
