Show less Checkout Comment input fields in the "Checkout Comments" app

many of our customers order up to 10 different items and looking at the recordings of some of the checkouts I didn't like the fact that there was a comment box beside each item. I think that particularly on a mobile phone this does not look good. I think if anything that deters people from leaving a comment as it's almost as though they have to do it for each item if they're going to do it at all. I think it's a great idea and if the customisation options include being able to limit the comments then I would reinstall.
