If you are using the Multi template, it's usually because you are enabling the customer to review each of the products in their order, from the one email.
At the moment if you press the manual push button on the Dashboard Requests Page to send an email manially, the system sends out an email to review that single line item. This means you can't manually request a review of all of the items in the order unless you send out a separate email for each item.
If you've selected this template, your preference is to send a combined email. Would be great if it was possible to press a button to manually send the multi email with the same content as your ordinary multi email (with all of the products related to that order).
