Ability to Categorise/Tag/Label Product Reviews for Topic or Features

For example, for the same product, one customer may comment on the "Exceptional Customer Service", while another may comment on the "Beautiful Scent" or the "Great X Feature". It would be great to have the ability to tag or label product reviews for different topics.

This would be really helpful. The fact is that a good number of stores have hundreds (if not thousands of reviews) and customers will only choose the top few. Even Amazon uses this feature and not to mention some of your other competitors. I think it is as useful as be able to directly go to x star reviews or 2 star reviews (which you have already implemented)
