Just like amazon's review. (via the link)They extracted the keywords in the review so that the customer can directly view the review they want to see by keyword before viewing all the review. It must be helpful for all users.

yes please! This feature is much more helpful than the "search bar" that is currently available. Helping with Suggestions is much more user friendly than offering a blank slate.
