Customize Email Templates

I need the ability to customize the email templates. For example, the template with the stars is in a format that is cramped by default. I'd like to be able to adjust the stars to be in rows and sit vertically in a column vs. in a row.

This would a be a great feature suggestion in general. The stacked stars don't look very good.

Review stars are at the moment group on a single line. It is not immediately obvious what each radio button represents and might be confusing or add complexity to users, which can result in a lower response rate.
Similar to other platforms a cleaner way would be to show each review star count in a single line with a small description, similar to the attachment.
