Option to send SMS review requests to only those customers who only have phone number & no email

Since sending SMS is expensive. There should be an option to send SMS reviews to only those customers who do not have an email in the system and used phone to register. This will save SMS cost which is really really expensive.

To use SMS requests, you first need to install one of the apps we integrate with and enable the integration.

We integrate with:

Hi all,
If your buyers only have phone numbers (no emails), we’ll send SMS review requests to that phone number if SMS integration is enabled (we now integrate with SMSBump and SMS & Whatsapp Flow ConvertWay).
In the requests dashboard, only the status for SMS requests will be shown.
