Skip review request by order, rather than line item

I do a lot of pre-orders, which means that some orders don't get sent right away. So I need to skip those reviews until the product comes in. If the customer has multiple items in their order, it's really annoying to go through and skip each individual line item. I wish there was an option to just skip the entire order in bulk, so I could activate it later once the order was sent. Again, without having to go through each line item and send request individually.
