Make review title optional
Get rid of the requirement to write a title for a review. This is just an unnecessary extra step for the customer. They are already writing a review, and the title of the product is linked to the review, so why make a customer have to think of a creative title, when they just want to write their review and be done with it?

Ben MergedI believe it's counter-productive to have a title because the more work a user needs to do the less likely they will complete the review.
Remove title = more reviews.
It doesn't add any real value because potential customers look at avg star rating, and if they want to read comments they will do so, title or no title. -

Vandevenne Mergedhave the option to remove the review title in the email template when asking for a review. Because I i don't want any review title to show on my website anyway.

Helen MergedStar ratings without a title or body should be allowed in Judge.me. These star ratings are only used to calculate the total number of stars, and will not take up any space on the review widget section.
For example, if we have a total of 100 reviews, consisting of 70 star ratings and 30 text reviews, the 'number of reviews' metric will display as 100, but only the 30 text reviews will be shown on the review widget
In reality, many customers don't want to take the time to write detailed reviews and may simply click the star ratings without leaving any text feedback. If all customers were required to submit text reviews, we may lose some star ratings." -
