Review request with entry to giveaway competition

Many companies are doing this with great success, and proving that adding an incentive to review requests does trigger a review being left by the customer. Judge Me should offer their app users the option to send incentivised review requests with custom fields to add their competition or giveaway option to the review request e-mail. Perhaps it could also link to Mailchimp, to make this dead simple to form a list from which to select periodic winners? Judge Me this is a very smart incentive to increase review uptake!!!
