  If you could provide option to integrate the request review via SMS it would be great. As in India most people don't have email or don't remember their email. Sending them text messages requesting review would be great

  With Shopify people can checkout with only their phone. We are seeing that more and more. We can't get reviews curretnly from them. this would be a great addition.

  We have recently integrated with SMS Notifications: https://apps.shopify.com/sms-notifications-1 So now you have 2 options of SMS providers to choose from.

  Customers are choosing SMS with no email address for all communications. They prefer, we prefer. It would be great to allow review requests texts for those with no email address. Thanks!

  But we don’t want to overwhelm customers with both an email request and SMS. If customers gets request via email there should be a way to exclude them from also getting a SMS request.
