Picture Reminder Email Sent to 5-star reveiwers only

We wish to send a reminder email for uploading pictures to reviews that have received 5 stars, not less. We believe a customer who did not put 5 stars does not want to be bothered with another email and probably did not like the product all that much either, which would result in a bad picture!
