To show 5’7” in Custom Forms

One of the questions I tested in Custom Forms is asking customers their height, such as 5’7”— 5’8”. However, after published, it only showed 5, everything after ’ got cut off. Is there any way we can fix this?
Another request, that I also asked in another thread, is to make Question and Answers in line at the same line, which would make the form tidy and more organized.
