Sheila MergedWe would love the ability to delay an individual order request by a custom number of days.
Our preset timing is perfect for most but when we know that a customer either hasn't received their parcel yet (stuck in transit) or that they are planning to use the product for an upcoming trip, it would be great to be able to nominate a later date for that particular order.
Currently, the only options are quite limited. To maximise the chance of a review being left, timing can be critical. If we select 'Don't send for this request' then the burden falls on our team to set a reminder to send it out later and if we leave the request to go out too early (under the preset timing) then the chances are the customer will either forget about it by the time they are ready to leave a review or they will potentially be annoyed because they might receive both the request and any reminders before they've had a chance to use the product. The latter will likely have them clicking the unsubscribe butto -

R Kelly MergedCurrently, any queued emails will NOT be synced with any changes made to scheduling times. This becomes an issue when we're notified of shipping delays (e.g. COVID) and want to be able to update all the queued emails with updated 1st and 2nd emails (+ reminders).
We have to skip all the queued emails and manually create new ones to have them apply the updated conditions.
I understand that someone might want to keep the prior conditions, but even having a button saying "apply new conditions to queued (but unsent) emails?" would be very helpful. -
