Do Not Send a Review if Someone Returns the Item in Shopify
To not include reminder emails to any customers who do a return on the product. For example, if we have a free exchange window of 2 weeks and I send my email reminder to do a review at 3 weeks, have it to where the email reminders would not go out to anyone who issued a return on their order in Shopify? Then you are not bugging people to do a review on something we already know didn't work for them in some way.

LyrickThis seems like a natural progression and something that just makes sense. Returned items will always have a negative bias, and an overall "store review" request may be better to send the customer then the item review itself. Judge.me doesn't have the capability to know the difference at this moment.

Tom MergedDo not send a review request for any items in an order with the 'Return in progress' status. Only items being kept by the customer should be included in the review request email.
Currently, Judge.Me does not send a review request if the item is marked as returned/refunded in Shopify, however it will send one if the item status is "Return in progress". It would be great if this changed. -
