Allow Customers to Upload Photo/Video on Initial Review Request

Please allow the attribute, {{ upload_pictures_link }}, to function on the initial review request e-mail. We are aware that there is a Media Reminder Email that requests photos/videos a set number of days after the initial review, but it would be nice to have the customer upload media on the first review. Thank you.
