Enabling a review request for a line item in an order (when manually skipping another item)

When having a maximum set for the number of review requests (let's say max 3 requests), the review request for the next line item in an order cannot be enabled when manually taking one of the three enabled request in the Review list.
It would make sense that the next line item in the order, that would previously not have gotten a review request because of the 3 review request limit, would now (automatically) be enabled for a request.
