"Write a Review" button on homepage located right above testimonial carousel

I would love to have the ability to have a "Write a review" button ONLY on the homepage located above the testimonial carousel, without having to show a whole page of reviews. It seems this is the only way to currently have a review widget on the homepage, unfortunately it makes my homepage look really cluttered so much so that I don't want to even include it on the homepage. I sell gourmet popcorn so a lot of the customers that will be reviewing my product are not the actual customers, they are the people receiving it as a gift. Currently they have a hard time trying to find where to leave a review as they don't know that they have to click on a particular product in order to see the "Write the review" button. It would be nice if this button could direct them to a overall review page where they could select a certain product to review (Maybe with a drop down menu).
