Was thinking about this, the idea to link to/have people go to the Q&A from the request email. I figure there'd be two major cases you could use something like this to increase engagement on Q&As.

The first would be to get customers who may be not as familiar with the product to go to the product page and ask a question instead of possibly seething silently (or not so silently!). Something like this:
"Don't know enough to review this product yet, or have a question about it? Click here {{ qa_url }} to ask a question about it!"

The second case would be to encourage people to answer others questions for that product in the review request, something like:
"Know a lot about {{ product_name }}? Why not answer one of the {{ qa_num_questions }} about it?"
