Collect star ratings only, with blank review text (don't default to the product name)
These days, getting feedback from users and buyers is not an easy task, and it is better to provide users with more convenient options
For example, I want a setting to enable site users to rate the product inside the product page
This has been done on Amazon for a long time and users just rate the product without having to write their own reviews
Even Google has different options for the schema of comments and scores that can be used at the same time and are shown in the results
Maybe some websites like mine want this option

Richard MergedThe in-email review generation form allows customers to submit rating-only reviews with no title or content. The review widget displays the product title as the review body when the review has no other content. Screenshot of default behavior is attached.

This is not a good default since the visitor is already on the product page. Repeating the product title in the review widget is not helpful. I would like to see settings to control the display of ratings-only reviews. I suggest the following options:
1. Default to product title (current behavior)
2. Display specific text string for all blank reviews (ex. "no content", "empty", etc)
3. Display the rating only with no text at all. -

Simon MergedMany customers just want to leave the star rating and not spend time writing a review. It would be great if you allowed "blank" reviews like this.

Tiffany MergedWhen people leave the review description blank, it gets auto-filled with the product name which looks like spam. It'd be great if there was an option in email for products to have simpler review options.

Jeffreh MergedThere should be a way to publish a 5 star review without the text. I notice that sometimes customers put sensitive material in their review which is inappropriate to publish while it is a good review. For example, they include a competitor’s name or names of people in their family, etc. Judgeme might currently tell us in this situation to send the customer a link to update their review, but we like to keep things as simple as possible for the customer and are grateful for the review, so we do not want to ask them to update it and we should just be able to publish those without that text and just the rating.

Sergi MergedI found that my customers wont leave a review but they are more prone to rate them as I could see in other stores I have.

Enaya Gad MergedSome customers are too lazy, busy, timid... you name it... and do not want to leave a written review. We can get a lot more reviews if they can just leave a star rating. Can this option, of only leaving a star rating, please be considered. As of now a written review is required.

Zaid Shamim MergedPlease add an option to remove the name of the products from the reviews that don't have any text or pictures in them, It doesn't look good on the product page. Like every review that only has stars contains the whole name of the product instead of text. its annoying and repels customers

Vishal MergedI can see many fashion websites have most of the reviews with only star ratings and fewer with comments. Your application should be allow customers to review with star ratings only it will also promote in more reviews by customers.

VadUpvoting. This has to be for email-based reviews only so that the transaction is verifiable to avoid abuse. This is badly needed and has been an industry standard for a while!!
