Allow admin to receive email notifications for negative reviews only

For example, suppose we want to receive an email notification, but only when a user leaves a 1, 2, or 3 star review? Right now, it seems this is not possible. We don't want to receive an email for every 5 star review as well.

Dont want notifications for every 5 star review we receive. I only want to receive notifications if we get 4 stars or lower.

Currently, there is not a way for the admin to receive notification of negative reviews only. It is all or none. While it is flattering to receive positive comments from customers, I think it is more important to spend time on negative reviews and work on those in a timely manner.

Receiving all reviews does not facilitate that effort. It just results in a cluttered inbox. Creating email filters to auto handle positive review notification is a work around, but it is not ideal.
