Highlight search terms

This app is amazing and it is the best I have ever used! Only one thing I can’t seem to figure out. After I search the reviews, it only shows the reviews that contain the search terms without the matching search terms highlighted. I want those words highlighted in the reviews like the one in the attached screen shot. I think this would be a great feature, which is very useful to customers.
