  My suggestion for this as well as my klaviyo integration would be that we can use a similar template as yours (with the star ratings, review box, etc.) sent directly from the ESP as part of an established automated flow, but when the user clicks the “send review” button it will direct them to the same screen as it currently does, where they can edit their review and add photos, and mark them as a verified purchaser. I’m not sure if this is as simple as using a particular html button or what

  For me would work best to say: If customer left 4 or 5 star review auto add them to a certain list. If customer left 3 star or below review add them to another list. I would then set up a different chain of emails based upon the list a customer was in. Very useful to get repeat orders for good reviews and also to win back negative reviewers.

  I echo the comment made by Tom on July 10th. In addition I would like to add for an abandoned cart email, if I can add a component from the design section to include the star ratings and a link to show all the reviews for that dynamically inserted product that would be great

  It would be great if I could just send an email occasionally to those that have a left a review to say thank you, and include a discount code. So if an email list could be created, or a tag added in my existing mailing list in Mailchimp that would be fabulous!

  Integrate with MailChimps automatic sending campaigns , so that it is can send customers review request through the email directly. For example an automatic scheduled email that goes to customers 5-10 days after they receive their product. MailChimp can automatically automate and send emails like this but if Judge Me app can insert the part into MailChimp where the customer just has to click "review" inside their email, that would be great

  We now have an integration with Zapier that you can use to set up subsequent flows with Mailchimp, for example, send out a specific campaign to customers who leave good reviews to ask for reviews in other channels, send a thank you email, or ask for referrals. We trigger an event to Zapier when a review is created.   We have also made a lot of improvements to our current email editor, which will soon allow you easily allow you a lot of greater customization, including building multiple email templates and A/B testing them. We are also looking into ways for you to provide better multiple language support in our email requests.   I would LOVE a Mailchimp integration like it is being suggested here! It would save me so much work from having to customize emails in Judge.me that are already created in Mailchimp and mailchimp automations.

  Hi Team, I'm looking to use judgeme data to send a dynamic email via mailchimp requesting a google review including the title and body of the review they left in judgeme. I'm hoping to either have that manually send out via judgeme through a premade template or through mailchimp directly. I've just trialled the zapier mailchimp connection and was wondering if you could create a new event to pass through for when a review is published, rather than just when a new review is left. Ideally I'd like to specifically target customers that I have curated to published. I've managed to make a multistep trigger on zapier than technically achieves this by creating custom merge tags for review title and review body but I'd love to just change the trigger to review published instead and it would become just one step - Review published > add details to customer profile merge tag > review title, review body and new tag > tag = automatic flow > send email based on template with dynamic review data.
